• Facilitate community peace circles, dialogue sessions, and leadership workshops centered on conflict resolution and empathy.

• Create educational programs and media content that raise awareness about peacebuilding and coexistence.

• Collaborate with schools, youth organizations, and civic leaders to embed peace education into community life.

• Promote the message that lasting peace begins with unity, awareness, and shared action.

Konnen Poukisa w Vote

Konnen Poukisa’w Vote is a civic education project of Haïti Novations & Développements (HANODEV) dedicated to strengthening democracy through awareness, education, and active citizenship.

The initiative helps Haitians, both in Haiti and across the diaspora, understand the meaning and impact of their vote, the structure of democratic institutions, and the vital role every citizen plays in shaping a just and inclusive society.

To transform voting from a routine act into a conscious decision grounded in civic responsibility, ethical reflection, and national progress.
